Our Mission

The Concordia Real Estate Club (CREC) at John Molson School of Business is Montreal’s pioneering undergraduate real estate organization, dedicated to empowering students with practical knowledge and connections in the dynamic world of real estate. As Concordia University’s only real estate club, CREC bridges the gap between academia and industry.

Through a diverse range of events—including conferences, case competitions, and networking sessions—CREC brings students face-to-face with prominent guest speakers and industry leaders. Our mission is to equip students with valuable resources, insights into career pathways, and the latest trends in real estate. By fostering connections with professionals and creating a collaborative environment, we prepare students to lead and succeed in Montreal’s competitive real estate sector.
